The German hops marketing company HVG (Hopfen-verwertungs-genossenschaft e.G.) will be one of the key exhibitors at “China Brew and Beverage”, Asia’s largest exhibition for the beer industry. The event starts from October 11th-14th, 2016 at the Shanghai New International Expo Center.
Beer experts are invited to talk to the HVG representatives – Chairman, Dr. Erich Lehmair, as well as Carlos Ruiz, International Sales Manager – about the advantages of German hops and European Quality standards for the hops industry. Other big topics include Craft Beer and how German hops is aiding in creating beer flavors that are hitting current trends. Brewers and industry experts are welcome to join a seminar on “German aroma hops and their role in the beer industry” by Carlos Ruiz, International Sales Manager of HVG. This seminar takes place at CBB on October 13th 2016 from 9:00am – 1:00pm in room W1-M1. Geared towards beer experts, this seminar looks at aroma hops from Germany, it’s high quality standards as well as important components such as bitterness, aroma, polyphenol content.
